The exhibition #youneedtoknow

Host the 17 Sustainable Development Goals exhibition

In September 2015, the 193 member countries of the United Nations agreed on 17 Goals to be achieved by 2030 to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. The Fondation pour Genève and the United Nations Office in Geneva (Perception Change Project) have chosen to join their efforts to inform the Swiss population of this important commitment of the members of the United Nations through an exhibition that is both mobile and modular. It has been presented in Geneva, Evian, Delémont and Porrentruy among others.

The exhibition is now only available in poster format (A1, A3, A4), and is mainly distributed to school classes in Switzerland in collaboration with the Eduki Foundation. Eduki also offers resources and activities for classes to accompany the exhibition. Every two years, Eduki organizes a competition on the 17 SDGs for young people aged 4 to 19 in Switzerland. In 2022, over 1,000 students from 12 cantons took part.

The exhibition is available in French, in English and in German. On the occasion of the Public Forum 2022, the World Trade Organisation (WTO), in collaboration with the Fondation pour Genève and the UN Perception Change Project, has produced a special version of this exhibition that presents the actions that the WTO is carrying out in favour of the SDGs.

All versions of this exhibition are accessible below.
