The Fondation pour Genève at the heart of “Le Temps”

50 years of action in support of Geneva

13 January marks the anniversary of the Fondation pour Genève. To celebrate this occasion, the newspaper Le Temps published an in-depth look at the Foundation’s mission, its concrete actions and the evolution of Geneva’s international role. It sought to highlight Geneva’s areas of expertise and open a discussion about their future, through the words of the President of the Swiss Confederation and laureates of the Foundation’s Prize.

Fifty years after its creation, the Foundation reaffirms its commitment to building an attractive, dynamic Geneva that remains resolutely open to the world. This commitment is illustrated by Patrick Chappatte, press cartoonist and laureate of the 2020 Foundation for Geneva Prize.
