The GVA2 Association joined the Fondation pour Genève’s network in 2019.
Chaired by Adam Said, it aims to encourage development, entrepreneurship, town planning and technology in the Greater Geneva area. With an interest in everything that can contribute to the city’s influence, it also participates in cultural, social, charitable, sporting, architectural, humanitarian, ecological, scientific, educational and health projects.
To fulfil its mission, it carries out activities in its own name or provides support by promoting partnerships between the public and private, local and international, as well as by creating bridges between the various economic, institutional and voluntary sector stakeholders in Geneva.
It regularly organises events linked to Geneva, including themed dinners, inviting authoritative speakers in the field.
In brief its mission is to foster social innovation to combat immobility and inertia, by involving committed citizens in interactive events and unifying projects linked to the city. Around a hundred members participate regularly, creating synergies and offering new prospects for collaboration.
